Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act (UIGEA) of 2006

In accordance with the requirements of the UIGEA of 2006, and the subsequent Regulation GG to implement the Act, this notification is to inform you that restricted transactions are prohibited from being processed through your account or relationship with First National Bank of the South. Restricted transactions are transactions in which a person knowingly accepts payments, credits, funds, instruments or other proceeds from another person in connection with unlawful internet gambling.
